Initial History & Physical Examination
We take the time to understand the root of your problem to provide the best and most effective treatment. Each treatment program begins with Dr. Nencheck hearing your story. He takes a detailed note of your medical history and performs a physical exam. The physical exam includes specific orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic tests to properly diagnose your condition. When necessary, X-rays and an MRI may be utilized to further assess their condition. From there he creates an individualized treatment plan aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together. This service includes the 1st treatment and is a required appointment for every new patient. It is approximately 1 hour.
Chiropractic Care
This follow-up appointment includes an adjustment, soft tissue therapy, and physiotherapies (heat, electric stimulation, cold laser, ultrasound, taping, etc.) as deemed necessary by the doctor based on the initial exam and diagnosis. Duration varies.
Personal Training & Rehabilitative Exercise
In these sessions, Dr. Nencheck teaches his patients how to actively manage their pain and achieve their fitness goals. This is a specific and tailored training session focusing on correcting postural and biomechanical abnormalities related to the patients pain and goals. This helps to increase range of motion, improve flexibility, provide stability to the patients structure, and increase muscle strength.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a general term that describes any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain and muscle tension, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem.

We offer this service in 90-minute, 60-minute, or 30-minute sessions.
Stretch Therapy
One Hour: This session is a deep and extensive full body stretch that focuses on all major muscle groups and extremities. It's great for improving your range of motion and flexibility, while also loosening tight muscles and easing stiff joints.

30 minutes: This session concentrates only on major muscle groups and can help alleviate muscle tightness. It's great for when you don't have enough time for a full body stretch and need muscle relief.
Yoga Therapy
One Hour class: In this beginner level class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Individual Structural Yoga Therapy Session: In this 30-minute session, you are guided through specific yoga poses to assist in alleviating pain, taught proper yoga mechanics, and are introduced to mindfulness/meditative techniques.
