A Personal Approach

Initial Physical Examination

FULL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: $300

Includes a patient history, vitals, fitness assessment, functional movement screen, foot scan, neurological and orthopedic tests, a ROF folder, and the first treatment.

FOCUSED EXAMINATION: $175

Includes a patient history, neurological and orthopedic tests, and the first treatment.

We take the time to understand the root of your problem to provide the best and most effective treatment. Each treatment program begins with Dr. Nencheck hearing your story. He takes a detailed note of your medical history and performs a physical exam. The physical exam includes specific orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic tests to properly diagnose your condition. When necessary, X-rays and an MRI may be utilized to further assess their condition. From there he creates an individualized treatment plan aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together. This service includes the 1st treatment and is a required appointment for every new chiropractic patient. The patient has the option to choose between a full physical examination and a focused examination.

Chiropractic Care

THE HAPPY PLACE: $100

This 45-minute follow-up chiropractic appointment includes spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapy, flexion distraction, percussion, and physiotherapies (heat and electric stimulation).

Enhanced Chiropractic: $80

This 30-minute session includes spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and percussion.

Standard Chiropractic: $60

This 15-minute session includes spinal and extremity adjustments, and percussion.

Focused Chiropractic: $40

This 10-minute session includes spinal and/or extremity adjustments specific to the patient needs.

Personal Training & Rehabilitative Exercise

PT 60-minute session: $120

PT 45-minute session: $90

PT 30-minute session: $60

In these sessions, Dr. Nencheck teaches his patients how to actively manage their pain and achieve their fitness goals. This is a specific and tailored training session focusing on correcting postural and biomechanical abnormalities related to the patients pain and goals. This helps to increase range of motion, improve flexibility, provide stability to the patients structure, and increase muscle strength.

Therapeutic Massage

Massage 120-minute session: $230

Massage 90-minute session: $180

Massage 60-minute session: $120

Massage 30-minute session: $60

Therapeutic massage is a general term that describes any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain and muscle tension, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem. We provide neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, and much more!

Stretch Therapy

ST 60-minute session: $100

This session is a deep and extensive full body stretch that focuses on all major muscle groups and extremities. It's great for improving your range of motion and flexibility, while also loosening tight muscles and easing stiff joints.

ST 30-minute session: $50

This session concentrates only on major muscle groups and can help alleviate muscle tightness. It's great for when you don't have enough time for a full body stretch and need muscle relief.
